My name is Lisa Shepardson.  I grew up on a farm in DeSmet, South Dakota.  I attended Dakota State College in Madison, South Dakota and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education.  I was a teacher for ten years in Martin, South Dakota.  I was also the Head Volleyball Coach. While in Martin I met and married Don.  We had two children KayCee and Cody.  In 1999 we bought a hardware store in Brookings, South Dakota.  In 2001 we had another child, Tanner.  In 2008 I started working at Medary Elementary.  In my free time I enjoy camping, watching my children play sports, reading and going to places I have never been before.  In our house we are Bronco and Viking football fans.
